Vango Camp Chef Universal Flat Top Griddle

This is a really lovely surface to cook on and is ready to go straight away. The sloping sides keep the juices on the griddle plate so it can effectively be used as a large pan. It is a heavy duty piece of steel meaning it is durable enough to sit on other cooking systems or even an open fire (be careful with hot surfaces as the handle is more of a carrying handle than a lifting on and off the fire pan handle. We have personally used this item on the Camp Chef system and must say we were impressed – so was the village as we served them our own free range pork hot dogs. This Camp Chef system is certainly up there in terms of a professional enough look and feel for commercial catering.
