Cobb Griddle+
The new improved New Cobb Griddle+ is manufactured from a thicker aluminium plate with higher ribs – improving heat retention, this non-stick griddle plate is perfect for searing veg and meat and allows the roast rack to be positioned over the top of it too. A fabulous addition to your Cobb cooking equipment. Do not use scouring pads on non-stick surface though. A brush or the dishwasher should be used for cleaning it.
